.- Kitchen area, which communicates with the dining area through a breakfast bar, but it can be made independent if desired, using the fabric blinds.
* Bedrooms:
- They have TV, bedside tables, individual light fittings and a large wardrobe with hangers and space for the suitcases.
- The 1st bedroom has a separate dressing room.
- The beds are equipped with a very comfortable mattress and a duvet with a high quality percale cover, as well as the rest of the textiles.

- In addition to the usual kitchenware, there is a pressure cooker with two capacities.
- Electrical appliances: ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer***, microwave, ultra-silent washer and dryer (all in one), dishwasher for 8 place settings, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and mini-blender.
- It's equipped with a cleaning kit for the day of arrival: spontex, nail-saving sponge, waste bag.
* Bathroom:
- It has separate bath and shower, both with heated valves and tempered glass screens, towel dryer radiator, hairdryer, magnifying mirror and hygienic waste bin.
- High quality textiles: a bath towel for each person, bath mat and hand towels.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:
* Heating and sanitary water, with individual watertight propane gas boiler, maximum safety and ultra-silent, and aluminium water radiators. The heating temperature can be regulated by a general thermostat (located in the living room) and thermal valves in each bedroom.
* It has its own parking space (access with remote control), suitable for any model of car. There is also a lockable storage room for skis and bicycles.

The building of which "Chardín de Llis" is part, has as common areas the entrance hall, the stairs, the lift and the garage.
In addition, this flat and the adjoining one ("Chardín de LLum") share the same closed hallway (separated from the staircase by a locked door), which serves as a private access to both flats (if both are rented at the same time, it's for the private use of the guest).
